American Jewish Committee (AJC) is a global Jewish advocacy organization. Through global diplomacy, political advocacy and coalition building, AJC engages with leaders at the highest levels of government and civil society to counter antisemitism and advance democratic values in Israel. AJC Global Forum is the premier global Jewish advocacy conference, featuring an unparalleled lineup of world leaders.
In June 2023, a distinguished assembly of over 1,500 individuals hailing from 60 countries across six continents convened at the heart of Tel Aviv, marking the pinnacle of a premier annual global Jewish advocacy event, unfolding over four days of profound engagement, seamlessly intertwined with two days of pre-conference workshops.
An unparalleled lineup of speakers, featuring illustrious personalities including Presidents, Prime Ministers, and Ambassadors reflected the event’s stature as a nexus of international thought leadership.
The orchestration of this monumental event demanded an intricate web of logistical prowess. An astounding thirty simultaneous lunch events and seventeen simultaneous dinner events graced each day, and a comprehensive offering of fifteen tours and tracks catered to a spectrum of interests and curiosities. An extensive AV initiative successfully live-streamed the event to a global audience, and AJC branding adorned official conference venues, hotels, and Tel Aviv streets.
Fueling the success of this grand undertaking were the efforts of over 30 dedicated production coordinators working diligently behind the scenes. Their meticulous attention to detail ensured that every facet of the event was executed with precision and finesse. From managing intricate AV requirements to meticulously coordinating security measures to cater to the needs of global leaders in attendance, their unyielding commitment elevated the overall experience for participants and dignitaries alike.
